The following worksheet is a fun-filled way to engage school-aged children in discussions about healthy eating habits

This resource is made available by the Children's Health Fund's. This issue highlights eating breakfast, drinking less soda, eating fruits and vegetables, portion size and being active outside. Supported by a grant from MetLife Foundation and developed by clinicians from The Children's Health Fund's National Children's Health Project Network, the Healthy K.I.D.S. program provides relevant information on nutrition and fitness.
